Cameron Stallones (Magic Lantern, Pocahaunted) does Sun Araw as his solo thing and as a way to get so deep into dub that the only visible light comes reflected off Lee Perry's grin. Heavy Deeds is lovingly effected and awesomely slow and heavy like Les Rallizes Denudes made strangely calm enough to tackle something like David Crosby's If Only I Could Remember My Name with possible help from Jackie Mittoo and Fela Kuti. Echo on everything but just because it was recorded so far underground. A great album for staying in because you forgot there's anything outside.
