Very first vinyl from Devon Williams—A-side is supercharged Westerbergian romance with drums like when Bobby Gillespie was in Jesus and Mary Chain, and when the strings (by Lavender Diamond's Steve Gregoropoulos) come in, angels roar forth in choir from an erupting volcano. B-side "Elevator" is like thumb-on-the-turntable Nilsson and is just about as adorable as one of those Kurt Vonnegut short stories about how love can (almost) triumph over a roomful of riflemen.
